Told not covered by my dental insurance

I called & talked with Aspen Dental & gave my information from my dental card. Was told I was covered under them with my company. Girl called me 3 times & confirmed appt., Numbers, Ins.Company, etc. Got to the office Monday Morning & was told I AM NOT COVERED by my plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very upset & was lied to. I do not appreciate told on phone I was covered to find out when I arrived it was not so. The girl on the phone was sure I was covered & took all information, etc. I will not recommend.
