I've spoke to one of your ladies 16:47, on 011456****, about the attached Cookware set, as you can see it's advertised for R450, I've went to your branch here in George, they said they don't know anything about this special, the one lady was so unprofessional, she told me I must go and collect the leaflet at home so she can see, it can be a print error, I've asked her will she pay me for my troubles, she didn't even make effort. She was so unprofessional. I want an answer and I take this further to the ombudsman. Kind regards Rudy Booysen
