I purchased an Electric Scooter from USA and requested it to be shipped to Qatar by Aramex. (Ref. Case DOH/0621/17816). Aramex refused to ship it claiming that the included battery is a dangerous goods and they requested me to pay for its return to supplier. I paid for its return and provided Aramex with the Return Address but regrettably Aramex sent it to a wrong address and refuse to refund me. I am in the process of sueing them. User's recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS UNRELIABLE ARAMEX COURIER.
