Best Buy did not provide me a tracking number for my item; so I could not track my package. At 8:53, I got up to turn off a light I left on and saw a vehicle out in front of my house and a person coming to my door carrying a box which I assumed was my computer. They made delivery but never knocked or rang the doorbell!! Had I not just happened to be out of bed I would have never known it was delivered PLUS, it could have gotten stolen! I waited ALL day at home for that delivery, it was promised by 8:00pm, could not be tracked and then was delivered late, with no notification of delivery! Am I a little PISSED? You bet I am. Im sure you would be too. User's recommendation: Be sure to get not just your order no. But a tracking no., too!!
