My cards been Restricked. I don't know why. I keep calling the number on the back of my card hoping to get a live person. It puts me on hold for an hour then disconnects. The time I got a live person she got rude and hung up. I got bills to pay. This is all *** Please unlock my card. Then I'm closing my account. User's recommendation: I don't recommend using Direct Express. It's all messed up.
