I purchased two individual washing machines both have broken down can't get anything customer service the phone number that was given ultimately had me direct directed to an email I needed to respond to however there's no one there and still once again I have a broken machine that is not being serviced and I believed I was under the understanding that it was going to be one year of warranty which was totally worthless and a complete lie
