To solve a e- bike problem

I have a 27.5 Nishori Nrg 11 Electric bike with the Pedal Assistance not functioning The following steps have been taken (1) Replaced the control module (2) Replaced the electric motor (3) Have checked the Battery The Pedal assist still fails to function What do you suggest to solve this problem The bike is just 12 months old and done 17 KMS
