Island Recreational installed my pool. The lies from day 1 just kept going.. Started with the sales boy said everything is inclusive in the package deal.. I payed an additional more than $400 for pump installation and I dont need Pool Permit which I did not listen. Im a HealthCare worker and would not gamble with lives.. When time to apply for permit, Town of Hempstead asked for survey report from the pool Installer.. As usual I called the store numerous times and left messages but no return call.. When I get lucky to speak to someone- they either transfer you to someone the. Hanged up.. or promised to return call which is another lie.. I went Daniel User's recommendation: Avoid this store.. There are other pool stores that will be happy to do business with you..
