I placed an order over a week ago and I have not received my order conformation. They charged my card but without the order conformation I am not able to contact customer support due to them having you contact them only online through their support page. If you don't have your order conformation then you can't email them. I would like to get a refund of my money or file a claim since they have basically stolen my money.
