When I went to the front desk to notified the clerk she didnt seem to cate because I booked through a third party. So when I tried to reach out to trip Advisor all I get was talking to someone through a dang text . All I wanted was a refund for the days that I didnt stay. Plus every time we tried to make a phone call we could not even with our cell phones. User's recommendation: DON’T STAY AT THE HOTEL.
