The trailer wasnt built right and the salesman could care less, etc. but it appears his attitude is comes from the lack of managements involvement and their poor attitude towards customer service. I drove 6 hrs round trip to find out the trailer I custom ordered and waited over 6 weeks for wasnt built right. The handle on the rear door is so high that I couldnt reach it. It is about 8 from the ground. They wanted me to come back the following day again driving 6 hours to pick it up after they fixed it. All is they had to do was put another handle on it lower. User's recommendation: Don’t buy Snapper Trailers.
