We bought a PRE hung entry door that is fiberglass, it was stored in our basement for almost a year wrapped in their cardboard box wrapping. Once I installed it with everything plumb and square found the mortising of the door and jamb were a 1/2 in off from each other. Contacted Feather River and after sending the multiple pictures their response was since it was not installed immediately, indicating that somehow storing this door in dry area inside from the weather that cause the problem. Then they said they will pay me $50 to fix it, so it will lock or send a new jamb leg. I found this to be even more irritating after spending almost $900 on the door assembly they want me to patch it. Home Depot offered a little help User's recommendation: Walk away from any product from Feather River or Trinity Glass Int.
