Nothing but problems since day1. Was given a quote, called to pay and start insurance. Had to do a new quote because progressive staff screwed up. New quote..increased. Got the new quote and tried to pay to get insurance started and the same thing happened 4x's...INCREASING EACH TIME! IM SURE PROGRESSIVE LOVES THAT $$$. Finally got insurance. Only stayed with insurance because it was the cheapest around. Windshield gets cracked and now were on week 2 of trying to "verify my insurance". Apparently Lauren Rizzo has called. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...can provide phone records. No calls were made. Still wanting to get my windshield fixed. Spoke to multiple at progressive and they want to pass the work off. User's recommendation: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
