About 80-85% are about food with some mentioning the bar service with a sprinkling of good time. People dont go to a casino for that - they go for gambling. There were a few honest comments about losing all their money or if you want to lose your money come here. Your machines are tight. In the years that Ive been coming there I have never once seen a payout to anyone who was gambling on the slot machines. Never. Never. Case in point on my last trip: Hot Stuff/the devil machine. As you play and he appears on the screen - coins fill up in the hot kettle. And the coins could be overflowing in that hot kettle and it will never dump the coins so you could play that somewhat bonus feature. At Cache Creek - once the kettle is filled, it dumps the coins and you get that feature. Yours doesnt. I put in $60 all the while Im looking at the full kettle of coins and it never once spilled those coins. Obviously something has been tightened up in that machine. Doesnt it occur to you that if you let your visitors win some money - and Im not talking about $40 or $82 or $110 or even $200 - I mean something substantial, and often - that the word would get around and it would attract more people to your casino. Over time you would take in much profit and improve your reputation. Regardless of what the reviews say - its common knowledge that everyone says dont go to your casino as the machines are tight. And then one of your reviews about there are no service people on the floor, only suits is because you are aware theres never any payouts and you dont need service people.
