I called cheap care to get a refund on my cancelled flight on Alitalia to Rome on May 22. I called cheap gar u and they said they called the airline and I'm only supposed to get a voucher. I then called the airline and they said they were never contacted by cheap gar u they put in my file that I was entitled to fill refund from agency and a voucher for future travel. Please help if 190928****. Amount 661.73 User's recommendation: Do not used. Dishonest.
