I currently have a couple of bills for program renewals that I think are double bills or programs that I already have on my computer. Also, I had to wait on your customer service line for over thirty minutes with no person ever coming on to discuss this issue with me... User's recommendation: If this or any company can't respond to a customer they don't deserve the customers business...
