Somehow my acct and my card is both locked, and I didn't lock either one and supposedly green. Customer service can't help me with anything concerning my green dot account even though they are supposed to be there to help you with your account, that is why they are called customer service support??? User's recommendation: Don't count on green dot customer service support to help you out with your account they can't do anything for you to help you with anything on.
