Title transfer

I have had an incredible difficulty time trying to get Kia title transfer department to respond to me or confirm that my fax s secure emails, and USPS certified mail were ever received. I lost track of the number of telephone calls I made ( on hold) sometimes 30 minutes to ascertain if my request for the issuance of a new title was received and or processed.I have lost faith in KIA User's recommendation: be very very patient.
