Titanic corner set – bad repair no guarantee even if they say 10 year Guarantee

We bought a Titanic Corner set in 2019 July at Cori craft Nelspruit. My boyfriend stayed alone in Nelspruit where the Set is based. In July 2021 I have moved to Nelspruit and noticed that the foam on the set is not on standard. If you sit on the set, it goes flat. With the moving that take place and my boyfriend that was in hospital I didn’t get change to report it in July but did went in to the store at August. I spoke to a lady at the counter and she revues to assist me in this matter. She called the managers assistant to assist me with my matter. I explain to him that the foam on the set is not standard if you look at the sets quality it is in and for 1 person to damage the set over the 2-year periods it’s not possible to be in this state. So, he says to me he agrees with me it is not how it’s supposed to be. He will order me new pillows all of this is happened in August 2021. So, with no feedback or and correspondents from Cori craft Nelspruit I decides to contact them on the 10th of November 2021 I spoke to the assistant, he informed me that they still waiting for the new pillows but he suggests that they get the set in for repairs. I agreed to send the set in if they provide me with a loan set. But I must say there was nothing wrong with my frame the set was in a better condition that some of your sets are on display. On Friday the 12 November 2021 they only want to bring me a 2-seater couch I refused the take it us we are a family of 3 not only 2 can sit. They told me they will come on Saturday with a full set and take our set to repairs. On Saturday 13 November they bring me a loan set but what a disaster. I will attach photos the set was so dirty even had blood on it had a very bad smell also. I have cleaned it myself but still was a bad eye and the smell was bad the hole time. Even the buttons on the set were missing and my son have been hurt by that. Is that really the name of Cori Craft worth to send a set out like that? On the 18th November we got our set back. Only the frame that is having a 10year Guarantee. Without your new pillow as promised from the assistant. But the set is falling apart the side panels is losing the set is making a noise as. The stitching is not standard and not in line the back of the set is not equal. The bottom of the set is standing out I have hit my foot like 3 times this morning already. From a set that was nothing wrong I have a set falling apart now. The store manager told me this morning they not willing to give me a new set only repair it. I have a 10-year guarantee and it’s not my fault that the repairs have made a bigger mistake of my set than what it was. The best part is now they say they will replace the set but we need to pay R6300 for the new set.
