Titan Construction Company put a deck on our house last October. The agreement was that Titan would come back and finish the job this spring. Since the original scope of the job was changed, we required an estimate to complete the project. Titan came out in April, took the measurements and said he'd call back in a couple of days with the estimate. After numerous calls to Titan and promises of call backs, we still do not have the estimate. We can't proceed with this project until this work is completed. How hard is it to call with an estimate?
