Tired of TV not working, rude rude ppl. Wont give credit when u are without a TV for weeks.

I been complaining that my TV not working and I thought it receiver. They so no its remote. Can't change channels, if watch DVD it freezes or fast forward and won't stop. 3 remotes and finally sending new receiver. Had installment app today but no receiver yet. Was told would send 2 day. It's not 8 days. I ask for credit. Rude and said no. I give you $5 credit for monthly receiver charge. I'm on an IV in bed 14 hr a day with no TV. I'm a senior and can't afford this crap User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM DISH you can never talk to anyone. Automated service is a joke. You schedule call me. They call and just hang up.
