Tire blow out and no service 5 hours later

Don't waste your money. I had a tire blow out on a major interstate in N.M.. Dispatch tole us 1 hour wait. After 5 hours and several calls I changed the tire out with my spare myself in 105 degree heat and I am 70 years old. Sent in several emails to the CEO and have never received a response. They did however send me a renewal letter. Never again a total waste of money. User's recommendation: A total scam and rip off.
