So, I placed my first order with this company on 1/21. On 1/24, I decided to cancel since I had an unexpected car expense. Went online to cancel (after being told my order had not shipped yet). Well, once I let Thomas know, (one of the proprietors) all of the sudden he says my order DID ship. Okay Well, a day later still not tracking info. Asked again for a refund. No answer from Thomas. Posted in the Facebook group about my experience and it was quickly removed. Another person PM'd me saying she's look into it. Oh yes, it had shipped. I asked for tracking. An hour later I get a tracking number. It wasn't shipped until yesterday afternoon. So now they have my money and I was lied to. NEVER AGAIN
