My Parents signed a contract with Global Adventures for a timeshare. They are now being harassed to pay extra costs despite the fact that they have never used the timeshare. The fees seem to be increasing and Global Adventures will not provide any info on how to cancel And get out of the contract. My parents wish to cancel the contract and Global Timeshares makes it sound like hat is not possible, and that the contract will be passed on to us her children when she passes. We want to know how to cancel this scam contract for something we never use.
