This resort is absolutely horrific. We own two timeshares in the Pueblo Bonito resorts. After repeatedly trying to book reservations, and repeatedly being told there was no availability foe the dates we wanted, over the course of several years, I stopped paying the maintenance fees. It's unreasonable to expect someone to pay for something that the resort is not honoring. Despite there being no availability, there was ALWAYS availability online for the selected dates for non-owners. It's a complete sham. The resort is now harassing me to pay overdue maintenance fees and a ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR cancellation fee. For a contract THEY breached! Do NOT, under any circumstances, get invoked with this company on any way!
