Timeshare misrepresentation

This is a scam. Sold out and never is available. All the information they gave about banking your points so you can take a big vacation is not true. You have the points you have and can't carry past two years. Now they have changed the point system and the points you bought won't even cover the cost unless you put money with it. Total scam. Need help
