The time to get through to "customer service" at the Bank of Nova Scotia to make a minor change to an address of a non-personal account was 20 minutes at one customer service number and 10 minutes at the branch. It's obvious that quarterly dividends and executive bonuses are much more important than providing customers service. Credit unions are better. User's recommendation: Use a credit union, My experience with customer service is much better.
