We have always had a wonderful experience with all the sales and service people and have always been a fan of every appliance we have purchased. However, following one issue we had - we contacted the store manager - and we have NEVER had such inappropriate, rude treatment in our lives! Honestly - it was shocking! Tim Warner is NOT the guy you want to deal with!
