We had our carpet cleaing scheduled and got talked into cleaning our tile and grout on the same day. I wish I could check the reviews prior to commiting. They charged us $250 for a tiny hallway, small powder room and a galley style kitchen. After it was done, at first I thought that the grout was still wet and that is why it did not look cleaner at all. 2 days later it still does not look any different than before cleaning. What a waste if money! I used a mictofiber cloth, not even a brush to wipe one line of grout and was able to clean it better. Now I am worried that they sealed all the dirt and grime in. I called their customer service and they scheduled a senior tech to come and take a look. It is nice, but it also means that we will be stuck in the house for another 4 hours on a weekend.
