I purchased tickets in Feb. for the May 5 Al Green at Radio Music Hall. I thought that I was on the Music Halls site and when the ticket arrived marked Ticket master, I did not think anymore about it. Days before, My sister informed me that there was another name on the ticket. I had to search and searched to locate that I had a receipt from this company. I had never heard about them before. I made a visit to the Music Hall and I am told that I have paid twice as much, the tickets are in an obstructed view and they do sell in bulk to other parties, but they cannot tell me if my tickets are secured. I must wait until the day of the event and arrive early to see if the scanner approves the tickets. What a mess! I have insurance and they do not believe that I have a legitimate claim. I am now searching to see how I got on another site when I believed that I was on the Music Hall site. I will write now, but I will report to my state Attorney General.
