Tickets purchased

I bought some tickets and I can not see them on my Gmail!i tried to contact AXS but got no response and I cant see my tickets on my gmail or or anything User's recommendation: Be careful when purchasing from this website! I purchased some tickets and now I am unable to see my tickets and there’s no way to get in contact with AXS.
