Dear Manager, Yesterday I had a very disappointing conversation with your team and learned that you cannot exchange my tickets. Your sales agent Florence didn't inform me that my tickets are placed in the corner with a limited view. She told me that the seats are on the side with a great view! I feel misguided and I'm not happy with those seats. Depeche Mode is my favorite band and I wanted to invite my Boyfriend for the concert. Having those corner tickets it would be a huge disappointment. Please exchange my tickets to a location in Sector 209 or 223 in the first 10 raws. I hope you understand my situation. Adding to the complaint above, I want to inform you that the name on my tickets is incorrect and not mine. I expect a total refund of my tickets.
