Ticket not refunded, poor customer service

On 4 March 2021 we made a online booking with Qatar airways, but due to a technical error on their side the ticket was never issued. We received an email from support to please advise if we still need the ticket as they have the funds. We did however booked another ticket on the same date and asked for the ticket to be refunded. On 14March 2021 we received an email from Ivan Fernandes, the Senior Customer Care Officer that the issue was forwarded to the Digital Team who will be in touch with us directly. A month later, with several request on their online system, and we are still waiting for somebody to contact us. CAS-1509610-C4Q6J5
