I received a call from BIV wanting us to renew our lapsed vacation. The guy wanted us to pay a sum of money so we would permanently own our trip and we wouldn't have any time limits to take it. He said we would own it instead of the company we had purchased it from. He also threatened us with collections agencies if "we didn't take responsibility for the full purchase price of the trip." He also said that some of the agencies that have been hounding us were actually collections agencies. The guy was clearly a sleeze bag and I hung up after I told him we would never spend another dime and the trip is just gone.
