Threatening phone call during Corona virus pandemic

In the mists of the COVID-19 quarantine I received a phone call from Sterling Optical telling me to take mass transit and come to the store to make a payment or else I will be kicked out of the system and I will lose the money I paid on my glasses. She told me that they were closing the store in a couple of days and don't know when they were going to open up again anytime soon. My thing is, if you don't know when you're going to open again then why do you need a payment? User's recommendation: Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money.
