1 Item ordered, took forever and it was the wrong item. I shipped it back over a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I ordered 4 items as a bundle and each item is being shipped separately so I don't know if my points were applied or how much I was really charged. A I runs the entire operation and it feels like this is just a scam. I am so livid! I better get my money back and I Am sharing this horrible experience on Twitter User's recommendation: Refund everybody their money and close up.
