i was instructed to patrol two construction sites located in the city of Clovis without wearing a helmet and was not being informed by Mr.., President of the security company Crime Prevention Security 1 located on 4763 W Spruce Ave, Fresno, CA 93722 for any potential danger that might occurred to me while reaching those sites by foot were the vehicle patrol was not accessible to reach those dangerous area that were filled with hazardous materials left on the ground such as wood beans standing on the ground,holes ditches,things falling from roofs houses.Also a helmet was never been given at the time of work assignment neither i received any safety training from the President of the security company Crime Prevention Security 1 or any employee of the same company on how to operate foot patrol on those construction sites in order to reduce or and eliminate any risk factors that might happen while conducting my foot patrol and performing my work in a safety manner.This security company does not care about its workers safety at all and i will not recommend to anyone to work for this company You be better off working somewhere else than risking your own life working for them !
