I had wiper problem, and Garage said it will cost £65 and I called to customer service to claim this amount, they said me I have to pay the £100 to claim £65 what scam. Beware this totally scam company. I bought this warranty from Motoring world Kent. non of them told me this kind of terms and condition at the first time, even if I knew this I wouldn't chose this warranty at all. I told you not to chose this option, if you chose you just giving them £1200 for nothing. This is biggest scam ever in the market. I extremely unhappy with this warranty. waste of money.
