The sales rep at this timeshare told us we were hurting her family by not buying. After hours of hostage negotiations, we signed and have never been able to use this. We have invested about $37,000 and no vacations to show for it. Nothing was ever available and now 19 years later we are too old to use it but we want to warn people about this company before they end up like us. 800 we pay a year for nothing. We have been at odds with this business and trying to get out for years. This company has not done right by us. They refuse to help us. This is a one-sided contract, they have received 100% of the benefits while we have seen nothing.. 0% If you look at the reviews online you will see that the resort is beat-up and not maintained, and we still pay over 800 to maintain it SO where is the money going. WHAT A SCAM. WE HAVE LOST SO MUCH MONEY AND HAVE NOT ONE SINGLE VACATION TO SHOW FOR IT. User's recommendation: DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AT ALL, THEY ARE THIEVES.
