enclave at adobe creek is just HORRIBLE. theres not one nice thing you can say about this place. the rent is so high. the places are dumps and so old its not funny. appliances from the 80's! and they refuse to fix or replace anything. if it is replaced, your lucky, but its not ever new or even close. its taken from another home. i was missing 2 knobs on my stove when i moved in and the maintenance guy gave me *** about asking for knobs! for the stove! so he finally brought me 2. from another stove so they dont match. the fridge door didnt shut. we had to bungee chord it. i saw them taking a used fridge from another unit one day and begged them to have it. i was told yes but that i had to clean it. nice. thats only 2 issues out of a TON i have had. the list is too long. the kids here are horrible. i have kids. i would never allow my kids to act like the hoodlums these other kids are! throwing rocks at doors and cars. roaming around at all hours of the night. jumping the pool gates, drinking in the pool area. having sex.... the pools are nasty and always closed by the city. the management is just rude and could care less. the assist. mngr told me that the safety of my daughter was not her concern! really? its your responsibility to keep the tenants safe! cars are broken into and vandalized. rent is raised every year. by 75.00 and up. some have laundry in the unit. but we all share water..... the laundry rooms smell and are filthy. the washers smell like ***. like *** was washed in them. dont ever call security. they wont show and the rare times they do they reek of alcohol. theres always odd weird people "working" on the grounds. we arent told when people are going to be doing work, even though thats a part of the lease. i mean, really i can go on all day. just know that this is not a nice or even decent place to live. i cant wait for my lease to be up. i think the only decent person who works here is a maintenance guy named brian. but thats it and all. i think living under the freeway would be nicer!!
