I have never met such friendly and hard-working staff in any other banks. And they have so many ATMs and teller windows. So, even when they have lines, they move super swiftly. However, on most days, there are no lines at all or they are rather short. Also, I want to note that they are always ready to solve even the most difficult problems. For example, yesterday I came to the manager with an urgent, but very complicated issue. My salary was sent to a wrong account by mistake, so I was afraid that I would not get my money back. But the manager fixed everything till today’s morning!!! Fantastic! I was literally shocked! And he even called me to check whether everything was OK. But there is one thing that spoils the overall impression ― the dirty lobby. There are trash and screwed receipts all over the floor.
