Bought this recently and the motor strains and the rake stops halfway through a cycle. The plastic rake gets gunked up with poo and scoops clean litter into receptacle. So receptacle has the clean litter and the rake is caked with poo and smells disgusting. Also the max fill line for litter is low and this means that litter clumps stick on the bottom of the tray and rake doesn't pick it up. The rake also drags poo clumps back in behind it where they stick to the back and you have to manually activate the rake and try to clean before the rake returns. This is so much more work than just simply scooping. Getting my money back and getting something that that is less work. This is a huge disappointment!! I don't recommend this product.
