Wanted to try a bottle of their amino product for 39.99. They sent three bottles and three boxes of something else! Called to complain, it appears they only have one person in customer service that usually doesn't answer. They said they would refund and to return with packing slip. After waiting a few days following their receipt of unopened product I had to call, and waited more than 30 minutes for a live person. Short story: they said they only process returns every two weeks and I would not see anything till at least the following friday! Not what I would consider customer service! Have opened dispute with my bank. User's recommendation: do not buy from this scam company!
