I have read a lot of doubtful reviews about the company, but I made a purchase and wired the downpayment for the 2019 Mini. I didn't pay the whole sum relying on the reviews, but everything still went wrong. They wanted to return my downpayment and sent me the check back, but there appeared troubles with my signature. It wasn't delivered as it was stolen by the unknown Federal Express worker. In connection with the situated Vroom refusing my request about returning my downpayment, even though they know I am not guilty in such a situation. It was stolen and I can do nothing about it. Now they tell me to wait for the fraud to be caught, and then the situation will be solved. The downpayment was big and I don't want to leave it like that. The company doesn't care about the clients and doesn't try to help, they just want to make e profit from the situation. User's recommendation: don't make business with the organization.
