I call them this morning on 6-3-19 I ask my appointment was cancel which I no I was going to be told a lie. The lie is my Insurance did not approve it. I call my insurance nobody knew what I was talking about. I told the customer service that Hermann Memorial said you did not approve me getting the MRI I talk to more than one person I was told them same thing nobody contact them. I do believe they gave somebody my appointment. I left a message for my doctor about what happen. I am going to get out of Memoial Hermann System. If I want to live get out of there system. I have two kin people I ask both of them to tell me how can I get in touch with the administration office and the CEO of Hermann. I was schedule on May 21, 2091 I receive a call the day before that they cannot do the MRI because they do not have the proper machine. I was referral to Memorial Hermann 2900 Richmond Ave. Appointment 6-3-19. On 5-31-19 at 5:10 p.m. I receive a call they cannot do the MRI.did not give me a reason. I was told it was cancel. I do not no if they gave my appointment time to somebody else. I feel they did that. The Hermann Memorial have a reputation that if you want to die go to Hermann Memorial now it seem that is true.
