This company sucks. Do not get involved with them. Their customer service is horrible and you never get an answer. Their excuse is that they are short on personnel so it’s taking longer.

I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION THAT'S PERPETUAL SO SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING FREE UPDATES. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FO AN UPGRADE WHICH I DON'T PLAN TO GET. THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY, AND EVENTUALLY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND. THEY SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO SEND OUT INFORMATION ABOUT NEW SOFTWARE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. IF THE ARE SHORT ON HELP. WHY DON'T THE HIRE ASDITIONAL PEOPLE. THAT'S THE SMART THING TO DO IN BUSINESS. I A. SURE THIS COMPANY ORIGINATES SOMEPLACE OVERSEAS AND HAVE NO IDEA AS TO HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. THEIR SOFTWARE IS HIT ANDMISS. PLEASE DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH inPixioSoftware!e User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.
