This company needs better customer service and more personnel.

If you would spend more money providing the support your customers need versus setting up multiple stands at an event to try and attract new & repeating business you would probably have happier customers and repeat business. Although, you eventually helped me with my part replacement. It came with great effort on my part. So much I had to put calendar entries and reminders in my phone to call every day for almost 2 weeks until your only customer service person finally put my part in the mail. I spoke to other people who promised me my part was in the mail. Lies! I finally spoke to the customer service person who's name I was given at least a couple of times and after a few calls with this person I actually received my part. This is not the way to treat customers you want to buy a second and possibly third pair of expensive sunglasses.
