This company is the worst at helping their customers.

My card account had been hit for almost $40 and they locked my card and requested a new one then charged me $24 to have it shipped overnight (this was on Thursday) and here it is Monday and my new card still hasn't arrived. They refuse to unlock current card to access my paycheck long enough to go to an atm. I guess they want their customers to starve and freeze to death during this winter storm. And to boot I have a disabled husband I have to take care of as well. I assure you once I Finally receive my card that I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Just ridiculous User's recommendation: Not likely.
