I accidentally had autoship on, they had charged me the amount which was charged and then the next day I had canceled the order, waited 3-5 business days to get my refund and did not receive it, its now 2 weeks since the day and I still have not received it, their customer service is absolute trash, unhelpful, I don't recommend anyone ordering from this shady company, go to a different legit website or company that offer truthful customer service. User's recommendation: Don't use this shady company go somewhere else. their scammers and untruthful.
