Trying to get my washer and dryer fixed; however, that never happened. Terrible company as well as terrible service company. User's recommendation: Don't throw your money away because they do nothing. They didn't do anything; however, when I cancelled they allege I owe them some of the $$ I sent to them. I'm taking this further because it's not right. They totally defaulted on their "contract".
